Job Description




1. Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in USA.




2. Troubleshoot Application Login related issues.




3. Troubleshoot user profile setup issues.




4. Troubleshoot Software related issues.




5. Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.




6. Mange issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop




7. Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application




8. RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation




Job Eligibility:




1. Candidate with 0-1year of experience can apply BE / BTECH / MCA / MTECH / BCA-(Computers/Electronics/IT) can only apply.




2. Excellent communication & Inter-Personal Skills.




3. Basic knowledge of Software Testing.




4. Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai and Central Suburbs may only apply. However, candidates who are willing to relocate (Only outstation candidate) can also apply.




5. Prior experience on financial application support would be an added advantage but not a necessity.




6. Ready to work in permanent Mid/Night shift. (No Rotational shifts)




7.Pursuing BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / MTech please do not apply




CTC OFFERED: 2.50 Lakhs to 2.75 Lakhs per annum
